Fabulous views, fantastic breakfast. Staff are funny, they keep the place tidy. The service is special, includes reasonably priced parking. Besides, it's close to falmouth seafront promenade.
-
The weather was lovely, had really unforgettable stay. Staff and location were OK, I appreciated it. It had pretty authentic restaurant. There also was convenient parking and excellent pool.
-
The location was brilliant, and the room's amenities were basic. I had the standard twin room which was fantastic and well-planned. They made my stay memorable. Liked Falmouth, the hotel was dog friendly.
-
It was a just perfect experience in a family-friendly hotel. Lounge bar was refurbished and tidy. Reasonably good breakfast, marvellous service. The pool was very clean, had a sauna and a jacuzzi.
I struggled with air conditioning, it was a bit noisy.
-
It was a relaxing stay, fairly comfortable place. Everything was perfect and spotless, I enjoyed location and atmosphere. Impressive view of garden. And the bed was big.
-
Spotless and easy to relax in place with gracious staff. Plenty of reasonably priced options for meal. I enjoyed a simple decor.
-
Staff were quite friendly, facility was spotless. Very wonderful view, a large balcony, super comfy bed, too. The staff did all they can for a delightful stay. Main bar was welcoming!
-
Worth the price, very clean and Amazing location. parking is easily available.
-
Reasonable base for exploring Falmouth. Incredible views of the sea, helpful staff. Kudos to manager. Booked double room with a multi-channel TV, a study table and a radio.
The property needs improvement.

Room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, complimentary coffee. Great location, near train station and access to town center
-
Super location, old venerable hotel where Agatha Christie and Rolling Stones have stayed.
Unfortunately you can tell that it is getting old. A complete renovation will certainly be due in a few years. Partly shabby and out of date for a house of this class. Price / performance was not great.

Breakfast was ok, the location very nice
One of the two rooms was next to a room (cold storage room etc...?) which was constantly making noise.
-
In one room the mattresses were worn down to the springs. The rooms without sea view are relatively noisy due to seagulls that spend the night on a canopy directly in front of the poorly closing windows. The hotel makes an overall unloving impression.it was once very nice .but it was not invested.

Were on a round trip with motorcycles. Reception very friendly. Parking in front of the hotel. Very nice hotel, even if it is a bit outdated. Great location by the sea. We had very large corner room with sea view. Great ambience. More expensive than B&B, but worth it. Burg was only open until 6:00. From the hotel about 15 minutes to the harbour area with pubs also about 15 minutes. Breakfast room not so nice, but breakfast okay and everything there.

Old hotel, a little used, but nice. A good ten minutes walk from the centre of Falmouth, ideal as a base for excursions.
